LORENA HEALEY

 

 Beginning her career as an Accountant with PwC, Lorena learnt the fundamentals of business, prior to transitioning to recruitment in a global professional services firm. It was here that Lorena found her passion in learning and development, and progressed to managing the function for Victoria.

 

In 2006, Lorena joined SEEK – which, at the time, was a domestic online employment classifieds business. As SEEK experienced rapid expansion in both its services and geographic footprint, Lorena created and delivered initiatives to maximise organisational design, performance management, talent management, employee engagement and leadership capability. This was all part of ensuring that SEEK had the culture it needed to execute on its ambitious business strategy.

 

Success came in the form of recognition as a Hewitt Best Employer, and year-on-year record financial results, culminating in SEEK nudging the ASX top 50, whilst retaining the magic of a unique start up culture.

 

In 2014, Lorena created Lorena Healey Consulting Pty Ltd so she could work with other organisations on reaching their potential.

 

Lorena has a Bachelor or Business (Accounting) from RMIT, a Diploma of Management from Melbourne Business School, and is accredited in various leadership frameworks and behavioural tools.
